A Winter in Paris

I met Luka and Karina in Paris at the Jardin du Luxembourg for their couples shoot.  What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon in Paris.  Luka is also a videographer, so while I was photographing Karina, he was also doing his thing and capturing his gorgeous wife in motion. 
It was the first time I'd been here for a photoshoot in the winter and Karina was such a great sport on this grey afternoon, while I was in a woollen coat staying toasty warm. 
 
The Luxembourg Gardens were inspired by the Boboli Gardens in Florence, Italy and although the blooms are all sleeping, there is a charm about the grounds at this time of the year.  On this February afternoon, the leaves on the maple trees are a burnt orange and the statues do not have to compete with the greenery or florals to catch your eye.
